Labyrinth the Mystical Maze Game. A board game in which players have to get to the center of the Labyrinth while it constantly changes. Published by Golden Games Incorporated. I bought this a couple of years ago on eBay (I’ve only seen one before and one after that). It was mint and still sealed; it even had the original price tag! An amazing find and one of my favourite items in my collection.
I promise I will soon be posting better quality pictures of the box and the content.
Ambrosius, Sir Didymus, Sarah, Ludo and Hoggle at the core of the Goblin battle. When I was little, this was probably my least favourite part of the movie; I remember thinking the jokes were too silly. I like it more now, I think of it as “Monty Python for kids”.
Muppet Magazine Summer 1986 issue. This just arrived today! It features a 5-page interview with Jennifer Connelly, Hoggle and Sir Didymus, with pictures of the three of them together with Kermit (the interviewer, of course).
Jim Henson bust by G-Force Models. Sculpted by Anthony Veilleux, this was released in 2000 as an unpainted model kit. There was also a bronze version available. As you can see, the base consists of Henson characters from all of his productions. They include two Labyrinth goblins, Ludo and The Worm.
One of my best friends drew this for me as a part of my birthday present last year. He perfectly captured my trademark personality trait: clumsiness. I’m always dropping things.
