The Labyrinth Museum

This blog will be devoted to my all-time favourite movie, Jim Henson’s Labyrinth, one of the best-known and most worshipped cult classics of the 80s (fans of the movie know that words are not enough to describe how we feel about it, so I won’t even try). I will not only be posting general stuff about the film but also will use this site to show (off) my personal collection of Labyrinth memorabilia, which is permanently growing. I hope you enjoy it. Jareth inside Sarah.

Labyrinth the Mystical Maze Game. A board game in which players have to get to the center of the Labyrinth while it constantly changes. Published by Golden Games Incorporated. I bought this a couple of years ago on eBay (I’ve only seen one before and one after that). It was mint and still sealed; it even had the original price tag! An amazing find and one of my favourite items in my collection.

Prototype Goblins by NECA. The company began the production of an assortment of goblins to be released a couple of years ago, but they never saw the light of day. I gess Jareth and Hoggle didn’t sell that well and they stopped the production. Things like this sadden me terribly. It would be awesome if they released them some day in the future, alongside a figure of Sarah (which seems highly impossible, but one can dream).
